This MoU is made between Department of Archives, Govt. of Goa and Vidya Prabodhini College of Commerce, Education, Computer and Management, Parvari-Goa on 26th September, 2023. This MoU is considering the mutual beneficial relationship to be established in areas of research and academic cooperation to the further missions of their respective institutions. Both Department of Archives and Vidya Prabodhini College have been entered in to MoUs as follows:

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between Vidya Prabhodhini College of Commerce, Education, Computer and Management, Parvari, Goa and Akhiviraj Guest House, Penha De Franca, Goa on 30th September 2021. The 3-year MOU would be terminated on 31st May, 2024 and can be renewed on mutual agreement for the next cycle. This MEMORANDUM 0F UNDERSTANDING (hereinafter MOU) is made and entered into on this November, 2021 between Prabodhan Education Society’s Vidya Prabodhini College of Commerce, Education, Computer and Management, Vidyanagar, Alto-Parvari-Goa (hereinafter VPCCECM), on the ONE PART and Jan Shikshan Sansthan Goa, 2nd Floor, SCERT Building, Near Tech. Board,  Vidyanagar, Alto – Parvari-Goa (hereinafter JSS ), on the OTHER PART (who for the purpose of this MOU are hereinafter individually referred to as ‘PARTY’ and collectively referred to as the ‘PARTIES’).

The PARTIES, having discussed the fields of common interests and allied activities between the parties, have decided to enter into a long-term collaboration in the areas of faculty and students training programmes, skilled based short-term courses etc.

Jan Shikshan Sansthan is financially assisted by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India. It is an institute for people’s education, conducting skill up gradation in the areas of non-formal, adult & continuing education in both urban and rural areas.

SELF EMPOWERMENT THROUGH EDUCATION is the aim of Jan Shikshan Sansthan Goa. To fulfil this dream Jan Shikshan Sansthan Goa caters to the educational, occupational, Technical and skill development training needs of the school dropout youths, neo-literate and the rural poor. It gives need-based training programs by taking into consideration the learning needs, convenience of place and time of the learners.

Vidya Prabodhini College of Commerce, Education, Computer and Management is always concern about the society and environment. College is always giving the solid contribution towards the making awareness among the students and the society towards the environmental conservation its optimal utilization for sustainable development through various activities. However, college is always connecting and working with various government and non-government organizations. The Goa State Biodiversity Board (hereinafter referred to as GSBB”) is an autonomous body of Government of Goa under Department of Environment & Climate Change, constituted by the State Government as per the provision made in Section 22 of the Biological Diversity Act, 2002.

Vidya Prabodhini College of Commerce, Education, Computer and Management had approached to Goa State Biodiversity Board (GSBB) requesting collaboration with regard to biodiversity domain. The purpose of this MOU is to provide opportunities to academic institutions to collaborate with the autonomous statutory institutions like Goa State Biodiversity Board with regard to biodiversity of the State. This MOU sets forth the intentions of the Parties for increased collaboration, cooperation and interaction and does not create any legally binding commitments.

In bid to do our little for environment conservation and to protect the ecology of the area, environmental conscious youths have initiated an afforestation drive in our village of Mandre since 2017. A resolution to conduct afforestation on the barren hill was subsequently passed in the Gram Sabha of Mandre Panchayat, held on 20th May 2018. So far, over the course of 5 years, the volunteers have planted more than 7000 saplings and have been nurturing them ever since. The initiative was named as treeofhope. After working selflessly for 5 years the group registered the treeofhope initiative under ‘THE SOCIETIES REGISTRATION ACT 1860’ by the name “DHAVRUKH” (Reg. No. 233/GOA/2021).

Dhavrukh is a registered NGO under Society Registration Act 1860. It is striving to work towards environmental conservation and creating environmentally conscious society. Dhavrukh’s main objective to safeguard and protect environment and to create awareness regarding environment protection & conservation.

Our relation with these schools has been a long standing one since the inception of B.A.B.Ed. course in the year 2015. Since the first year, our students have visited these school for completion of Internships, Practice teaching and conducting social and academic activities. Beyond this both our institutions have been actively working in the field of education to provide quality and accessible education to the society.

Acknowledging the efforts and achievements of these school in the field of academics and co-curricular, as well as, the similarities in the ideals, aims, and vision our institutions uphold.
